Screech Owl WIP

I laugh every time I look at this cross face! After a random encounter with a screech owl in my garden one night recently - I am not sure who got the biggest fright at seeing the other! - I had to try to draw this beautiful bird. A good excuse for some experimenting with mediums too. I have also made an (almost) full length video of the process that I hope to get up on Youtube soon!
