Sassy Z

Not been feeling so well the last few days, so this is as far as I have gotten with Sassy Z. Really looking forward to drawing that mane! Pastels are definitely an interesting medium, I am really enjoying the process with pastels and they are very different from coloured pencil - I am still finding that I am drawn more to coloured pencil overall, but I do so love the speed and immediate gratification of layering with pastel. This would have taken me three times longer to get to this stage with CP! However, the subtlety of CP still wins me over.... very interesting situation to be in, and so much fun to explore.
